In Service is a platform rooted in the belief that stories have the power to move us, but service gives us the opportunity to move with them.
Through meaningful conversations and shared acts of service, In Service explores what it looks like to live with purpose, show up for others, and turn inspiration into action.

We believe service changes both the person receiving and the person giving
In Service began with a simple idea: what if a conversation didn't end when the cameras stopped?
What if the stories that inspired us also invited us to participate?
Each conversations creates space to explore purpose, leadserhip, sacrifice, communnity, joy, losss and the expereinces that shape how we show up for others.

In Service exists to celebrate those moments, and create more of them.
Behind In Service
CATHERINE NAKATO
In Service was created by Catherine Nakato, a storyteller, producer, community curator, and student whose work has long centered on meaningful conversation and bringing people together.
After years of creating spaces for people to share their stories, Catherine began asking asking questions, meeting people, and exploring service with a different perspective.
In Service grew from that experience, and from a desire to create something that doesn't simply document lives of purpose, but invites all of us to participate in one.
